Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec Mexico City

I loved this small hotel and stayed for 7 nights here. The staff were well-trained and professional made my stay very pleasant. The food was delicious, had plenty of options. Everything was simply perfectly fine.

Thank you for a really great stay, would recomand. The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a nice enough area, not far from the Museums and Chapultepec park. All of the staff was pleasant and exceptional. The buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of food.

I had a SUCH GREAT experience here, everything was great, the location was unbeatable next to a nice park, airport. Airy units with a fantastic view of castillo de chapultepec.

Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, the hotel was clean, and location near the Museums in Parque de Chapultepec was top! They had an easy check-in. Furthermore, parking on site was a bonus.

Staff was informative and American breakfast was savoury. I got free upgrade and loved it. They made my stay comfortable! Irish bar with fine drinks.

Location is perfect, courteous staff were happy to help. Very specious & functional unit with evening treats.

View was exceptional, breakfast was incredibly nice, and beds where perfect. Loved having air conditioning, Wi-Fi and terrace in the functional room. Stuff were eager to help, they are all good people;))

Romantic view of garden. Beachside restaurant was awesome with healthy food. Thank you, we had a very positive stay here.

Every detail was terrific there, including staff and location. Quiet bedroom and very well maintained bathroom. It waslovely romantic and the beds were extra large. The property was near the beach.

The hotel was exotic and tidy in general. The beds were spacious in the separate bedroom. The restaurant was exceptional with excellent meals.

Huge room and impeccable service. Outstandingly helpful staff which made our stay enjoyable. Favorable location, close to a green - glass tower.

Exceptional place & very well equipped room that was clean enough. Big size suite and super comfy bed. The lobby bar was executive and the drinks were bottled.

Recommend to everyone to stay here. Bed was comfortable, accommodation was good sized and great. For lunch or dinner go to cito gourmet express, located right at the hotel.

Worth its 5 stars. Good breakfast options and nice view. Bathrooms were large and spacious.

The room was good sized. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Salammbo that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Use private parking on site if you travel by car.

We loved the food and service and consistent prices. Olive Garden is set 600 feet away from the property. The views were beautiful...
